Designed for youth who want to grow stronger and more confident, our Small Group Personal Training focuses on personalized attention in a motivating group setting. We teach proper exercise form, goal setting, and perseverance — all while building a positive community of peers. Our Life Coaching program helps kids navigate the challenges of growing up with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Our heart is for our rebels to think outside themselves and see others and their community like God sees them. Our random acts of kindness projects will help kids broaden their horizons by helping them understand the needs of our community and finding ways to meet them. Kids will develop real-world skills that will help them in life, make their world a better place, and demonstrate the love of God in practical ways.
