Our Small Group Personal Training program is perfect for youth ready to take their fitness and confidence to the next level. We blend the structure of personal coaching with the fun and motivation of a small group setting — creating an environment where kids push themselves, encourage each other, and grow together.
Each group is kept intentionally small, allowing our certified coaches to give personalized attention to every child. Whether your child is new to exercise or already active, we tailor each workout to their age, goals, and ability level. The focus is always on form, safety, progress, and mindset — teaching kids how to move well and stay motivated long-term.
Beyond physical fitness, this program builds emotional strength. Kids learn perseverance, responsibility, and how to set and achieve goals. We emphasize encouragement, positive self-talk, and faith-based mentorship — helping each child see their God-given potential in a real and tangible way.
